In 2012, TAFE Queensland began searching for a solution to streamline its admissions process.
With more than 4,000 students undertaking 300 different qualifications – from ELICOS and vocational education and training to higher education – it needed a system that could manage multiple start dates and pathway variables.

StudyLink Connect was the answer. It has saved the admissions team time and improved offer turnaround, and the reporting functions have also provided valuable new insights into recruitment performance.

Efficiencies across the system

When Janelle Chapman, Director, TAFE Queensland International, initially started looking for a more efficient way to handle admissions processing, the team was using an Excel spreadsheet to manage a very manual process.
