University of Tasmania prepares to double its intake of international students

In 2015 the University of Tasmania announced bold plans to double its intake of international students over the next decade, making education one of the state’s biggest export industries. To meet this challenge, the University went in search of a ‘best-in-breed’ admissions management solution to streamline and enhance the admission experience for students, education agents and staff. The University identified four main areas for improvement: minimising data entry for staff, improving communications with agents and applicants, improving reporting; and gaining better visibility of the overall workflow and internal referral process.
