The new StudyLink Partner Portal interface – a smarter, better way to work
Here at StudyLink Connect, we're always working hard to make it as easy as possible for agents and recruitment partners to submit applications. We believe delivering the best application and admissions process in the industry will lead to better outcomes for partners, education institutions and students across the globe.
That’s why we’ve refreshed our Partner Portal to give you an easier, smarter way to submit and manage your student applications.
Here's what's changed.
A new look and feel
We’ve updated the look and feel of the Partner Portal to ensure your user experience is as easy and intuitive as possible. Look out for a fresh colour palette and an easier-to-navigate format.
A new and intuitively designed dashboard
The new dashboard layout will give you a better overview of application status and critical next steps. Call to action buttons are now intuitively located at the top of the page, while notification icons alert you of changes to an application so you can take action as needed.
Get moving quickly with improved search filters
Filtering on partial application information, such as citizenship, provider or date range of a status update enables you to search for the right information to get moving to the next application stage quickly.
Locate existing partners with ease
We’ve updated the news and resources space with a new modern layout so you can easily find important partner resources and news.
You can also grow your partner network by finding other providers that accept applications via the StudyLink Connect platform.
Attach additional information to any message
We’ve made messaging more efficient by developing an attachment function when replying. Now you can provide any requested documents faster and easier within the portal.
Access the Partner Portal from any device
The Partner Portal is now adaptive to different display resolutions, including mobile. Whether you’re working remotely or travelling for work, you can now access the Partner Portal from any device to stay up to date with your application pipeline on the go.
